RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by mail, email@example.com. Returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order. All returned products must be in optimum condition, original condition, unused, without blemishes, without scratches, with their original labels and packaging. Send us an email in advance for availability. Damaged, worn or altered returned products may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. All items sold at a discounted price are final sale.
Intimates and socks are unfortunately not eligible for returns, unless the products arrive damaged. If returned, they must be in a completely new and unused condition with the packaging in which it was received. We DO NOT make refunds. Please note: All orders processed with a discount code or sales price are the final sale and can not be returned. Please have your order number ready, we will always try to provide you our best service and solution in the shortest possible time.

All charges related to the shipment are at your own risk and are not refundable. Shipping charges for a replacement item are FREE up to once per item, however, the payment of taxes and tax charges remains the responsibility of the customer. Returns are eligible only for store credit. Selected items are ineligible for store credit refunds. All items sold at a discounted price is final sale.
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt. Black Revolver reserves the right to refuse any refund at any time. In the event that a package is returned by any method of shipment, your payment will be refunded less the actual cost of the shipment, and we will contact you to confirm receipt.
